October is one of the best months to be in
LA. Fall weather (or Southern California’s version of fall weather) is starting
to kick in, the beaches are less crowded, Halloween is just around the corner,
and there is beer. Lots and lots of beer.
Every year Los Angeles celebrates Oktoberfest
in its own special way. From about mid-September until the end of October, you
can enjoy steins of delicious beer, chow down on schnitzel, and prance around
in your best lederhosen. This year there is definitely something for everyone. And
after you’ve reached peak Bier intake, there are plenty of budget hotels in LA
you could stay at.
Here are four Oktoberfest celebrations to
check out in October. Prost!
